SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Around 300 people gathered at the Everson Museum of Art located in downtown Syracuse this morning for a demonstration in the name of Black Lives Matter. Speeches were given at the museum by organizers associated with Project X before the group began a march to Syracuse City Hall in an effort to invite Mayor Stephanie Miner (D) to “join the conversation”.
