A short documentary by Stephanie Inserra

Steven Barnes, from Marcy, NY, was sentenced 25-to-life for the rape and murder of Kimberly Simons in 1989. Almost twenty years later, through the help of the Innocence Project and DNA testing, Barnes was found innocent, and set free.

Stephanie Inserra is a Whitesboro, NY native and a 2011 graduate of SUNY New Paltz. She assists Love and Rage with photography, film and media.
